Sage CRM Solutions Receive Three Awards From ISM Inc.

Scottsdale, Ariz. – April 17, 2009 – Sage North America today announced that ISM Inc., social media, customer relationship management (CRM) and contact center strategic advisors have selected Sage SalesLogix and SageCRM as Top 15 CRM Small & Medium Business Software Award winners for 2009. Additionally, Sage SalesLogix is cited as a 2009 winner in ISM’s Top 15 CRM Enterprise Software category. SageCRM has received an ISM award for seven consecutive years, while Sage SalesLogix has been recognized eleven years running. The Sage CRM Solutions were chosen after intensive testing by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each product tested during ISM’s evaluation program was rated according to 217 selection criteria, including 102 business functions, 51 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, 11 real time CRM criteria and 17 user-support features.
