Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customers Can Now Use PandaDoc to Generate And Deliver Quotes, Proposals, and Contracts

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA — PandaDoc, the leader in document automation, today announced that their integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is available. The integration enables Microsoft Dynamics users to leverage PandaDoc’s innovative document automation platform, creating, sending, eSigning, and tracking sales documents without ever leaving the Dynamics CRM.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an application that makes tracking all customer interactions and data painless. A proven leader in the CRM space, Dynamics CRM has seen steady growth with online seats more than doubling in 2015, totaling over 40,000 companies and 4.4 million users.

PandaDoc is an all-in-one document automation platform. Documents in PandaDoc are powered by a newer, open source format – HTML. They’re electronic, interactive, actionable, and feature-rich, which allows PandaDoc to provide one solution for quote-to-cash, digital transactions and content management needs. The PandaDoc and Dynamics CRM integrated solution brings document creation, analytics, configure price quote (CPQ), and eSignatures, all seamlessly to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Mikita Mikado, CEO of PandaDoc, said, “We are thrilled to announce our integration with Microsoft. We believe it will extend the capability of Dynamics CRM and allow users to more quickly and effectively deliver sales collateral and close deals. We look forward to implementing a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership.”

Sales teams can now engage customers within Microsoft Dynamics CRM through the PandaDoc integration, for closing deals and capturing revenue faster. The integration empowers companies to create and send sales proposals, contracts, and other collateral without ever leaving Dynamics CRM, thus boosting productivity.

Users can leverage pre-existing templates and easily merge data directly from any field in Microsoft Dynamics CRM into their PandaDoc sales quotes, proposals, and contracts. Companies spend less time re-entering data that already exists within Dynamics CRM– eliminating the need to work from two disparate platforms.

Additionally, Microsoft Dynamics users can leverage PandaDoc’s powerful analytics to track open and views of all sales collateral.

Jujhar Singh, GM Microsoft Dynamics CRM said, “Microsoft is pleased to welcome PandaDoc to the growing family of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrated solutions. Sellers will benefit and be able to collaborate on sales material with this integrated solution from PandaDoc.”
