Looking For Twenty “BEST” Websites On Customer Service – Lend a Hand

I’m absolutely fed up using Google and Bing to find high quality and in-depth material on customer service issues. I can’t take it any more. Over the last two years, it seems the results from the mega-search engines include more dead-ends, sites with popups or go to sites that are better at SEO than they are with providing advice and help with customer service.

So I’m doing something about it.

The Customer Service Specialty Search Engine

Long ago I created a tool to help me search for the best customer service stuff, on the entire broad range of relevant linked, and related material. I’ve returned to that tool, and I’m putting it online to share it, since I can’t be the only one going nuts with the regular search engines.

So, Here’s The Question: What Are the Top Information Oriented OR Discussion Oriented Sites On Customer Service?

I believe, actually that CustomerThink Is the best one I’ve found, so I’ve included it in the search engine, and I’ve found a few others, but I’d hunting for more. Ideally, I’d like to add another twenty sites of extremely high quality, as reflected in the depth of thoughtfulness of the content.

So here’s what I’m hoping. Could you take a few minutes to suggest a site/url that you feel is worthy of being in the elite sites?

The criteria are simple; quality, depth, critical thinking, and/or lively discussion by people with great customer service ideas. (Actual full criteria are at: http://searchniche.org/index.htm/criteria-for-inclusion.html

So, let’s crowdsource and I’d love to see where YOU go for the goods.

PS. If you would like to test out the actual search engine as it exists now (in beta), it’s at: http://searchniche.org/availablenichesearchtools/business/customer-service-and-crm-search-engine.html

ALL comments welcome particularly suggestions about how to improve what I’m trying to do.
