How your customers view you might be the determine whether they choose to purchase your product or service, and they might choose a competitor over you. Don’t be afraid to ask former clients why they might have switched to someone else or run some tests to see what performs well and what doesn’t. This can help you to decide whether you need a rebrand or things are looking good for you to start your marketing strategy.
