  1. Haris, I do not fully understand from your article how you see how customer service will get changed by machine learning. Predicting satisfaction and automated answering are two obvious avenues but they surely are only part of it. How about using the learning to actually improve satisfaction? To find totally new ways of engagement? Not only reading customer behaviour but putting it to the customer’s (and the businesses) use? Reading and understanding intentions and acting accordingly?
