Of course, well-conceived strategic goals are preferable to resolutions. However, it is the new year, and resolutions are the order of the day.

Like most resolutions, the resolutions below focus on the what, the how is a different matter.

  1. Superb list of resolutions for employers to suggest to their employees. Great customer service is not only beneficial to the consumers but to the companies as a whole. Surely, if the practices on the list are implemented business would began to see a surge in customer activity merely due to great employee/customer interaction.
